Associated is in the midst of an aggressive growth plan,
leasing new corporate headquarters occupying over 9,000 square
feet of office space. The call center features 120 collector
workstations, elevated supervisory positions that preside
over all areas of recovery and a fully digital phone system
with analog redundancy and multifaceted Information Technology.
