CONSUMER DIVISION
For over thirty years, our consumer division has continued
to grow by providing centralized receivables management
solutions resulting in more effective training, supervision,
and recovery. We concentrate our resources on attracting
career-oriented and professional collection agents in
addition to providing the most sophisticated technology and
innovative
programs available in today's marketplace. Associated
maintains on-line access to many national databases, allowing
us
to effectively collect your accounts anywhere in the
United States, and even abroad.
Our consumer division services
a diverse client base including utilities, banks, hospitals,
government entities,
insurance
carriers, educational institutions, direct marketers and
a wide range of retail and commercial businesses.
Associated
designs the remittance process, telephone recovery procedures,
and dunning notices to the particular
needs of
our customers. Our software allows us to accept your
accounts in any format. We provide a variety of standard
client
performance reports, including History Analysis,
Stair Step History Analysis,
Performance Statistics, and Client Inventory. Reports
and/or dunning and early-out notices can be customized to
meet
your specifications and are available to you in any
format, time
frame, or upon request.
Our hours of operation for collection
personnel are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 9:00
pm EST, Fridays
from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, and Saturdays from 8:00
am to 12:00
pm EST. We maintain extended office hours to accommodate
west coast contacts.
