Our Team

Andy is a veteran credit and collections industry leader with over 30 years of management experience. Andy joined ACS as a branch manager in 1986 and today serves as the President. He maintains final decision-making authority over all corporate matters. Andy received a B.S. degree in Business Management from Bridgewater State College in 1985 and serves on the Board of Directors of Associated Credit Services, Inc.

Chief Executive Officer
Jason joined the ACS team in 2006 and quickly moved through the ranks from Collector, to Supervisor, to Collection Manager and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. Jason creates and implements daily recovery strategies as well as directing our Training and Compliance programs in the recovery area. Jason’s experience, dedication, expertise and enthusiasm help ACS deliver outstanding results for all of our clientele.

Chief Operations Officer
Jake joined the ACS team in 2015 and quickly moved through the ranks from Supervisor, to Hiring Manager to Operations Manager and currently serves as ACS’s Chief Operations Officer. In addition to general management, Jake is responsible for oversight of ACS’s Compliance and Client Services departments, ensuring strict adherence to all laws and regulations governing the collection industry and exceptional service to all clientele.

Chief Financial Officer
Renee brought more than 30 years of accounting and finance experience when she joined ACS in 2012. She has served as Controller for corporations in the government contracting, commercial, and non-profit sectors. Her experience also includes managing procurement and benefits administration. Renee received a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and Certification from General Electric’s Financial Management Training Program.

Collection Manager
Al joined the ACS team in January of 2008 as a collector, was soon promoted to Supervisor and currently serves as Collection Manager. He is responsible for managing all recovery staff and production. In addition, Al is an integral part of our Training and Compliance programs. Prior to joining ACS, Al attended the University of Massachusetts in the Economics and Political Science programs as well as working as a mortgage loan originator.

Collection Manager
Carlos joined the ACS team as a collector in 2012. Carlos’ hard work and dedication led him to quickly become a top performer for ACS. Carlos’ rise to management was inevitable. His commitment, hard work and demand for excellence quickly pushed him up through the company ranks. Carlos now has the position of Collection Manager in our new state-of- the-art Tewksbury call center, and is responsible for developing daily collection strategies, the training of new supervisors, and side by side training with collection staff. Carlos brings an enthusiastic and energetic approach to the team and thus is able to provide excellent results for all of our clients.

Compliance Manager
Michelle joined the collection team at ACS in April 2019. She was promoted to Supervisor in January 2020 and quickly moved to the Compliance team. Michelle started her career as a Collector over 20 years ago bringing with her many years of well-rounded industry experience. Prior to ACS, Michelle held Supervisory roles for Collections and Management positions in the Debt Settlement industry for Licensing, Training, and Affiliate on-boarding, as well as Credit Repair. In her current role as Compliance Manager, Michelle is responsible for handling consumer disputes, complaints and ensuring the collections staff is complying with all state, federal and local collection laws, in addition to client specific requirements.

Client Services Manager
AAfter over 9 years as Customer Service Manager with another firm, Christine joined the ACS team in 2006. Christine served in several roles of increasing responsibility for ACS before taking the helm of our Client Service team. Christine is responsible for ensuring that all of our client requests are met in a timely fashion, all new business is booked on the day it is received and her department acts as liaisons between our recovery floor and all of our clientele. Christine graduated from Merrimack College in 2004 with a B.S in Business Management/Administration.
